Officine Panerai Hong Kong Boutique

Officine Panerai expanded in 2015 its Hong Kong store on Canton Road. At 367 square metres, the brand’s largest boutique features a distinctive external façade, made of panels of undulating aluminium, fitted with a giant Panerai dial. Interiors reinterpret the watchmaker’s aesthetic and technical codes, blending traditions with a contemporary feel. The concept reflects the brand’s philosophy and identity, with references to the sea, through its historic role of supplier to the Italian Navy. Visual features include the calacatta luccicoso veined marble, bronze, wood-panelling and reeded glass elements, undulating and transparent. Display cases on the five upper floors are elongated, evoking the underwater. Bronze lights and wooden sales counters recall ships’ design.
