Mandarin Oriental Barcelona – extension

The 2014 extension of the Barcelona branch of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel is housed in a recently purchased property next to the original project. The concept (with its treatment of space and textured walls) returns with renewed vigour, for the renovation of this typical Passeig de Gràcia building, dating back to 1901.
